CowBos Bitter
CowBos Bitter is a less palatable product that is blended with CowBos Sweet to control consumption. CowBos Bitter provides 25% Crude Protein and 2% Phosphorous, as well as a complete vitamin and trace mineral package that contains organic trace minerals. CowBos Bitter is formulated to provide Nitrogen, which is critical for microbial protein synthesis. During the winter months when forage nutrient content is at its lowest, CowBos blends will contain higher portions of CowBos Bitter, resulting in higher crude protein and phosphorous supplementation levels.
